What is a reserve Holding Fee

A Reserve/Holding Fee is required to reserve a puppy in your name. There are no refunds. Placing a Reserve FEE down signifies your intent to follow thru with the purchase of a puppy. Failure to complete the purchase of a puppy by backing out , or deciding to purchase another puppy, or whatever the case might be this FEE is non-refundable but u can place it towards a future litter. When you back out you , you are backing out on the position of the pick of the litter or your puppy....meaning you lose your puppy/spot and others get bumped up on the list.So please understand if you back out and someone takes your position it is not fair to the other person that they lose their spot just because you change your mind a month later and want your pick back. It don’t work that way as it is so unfair to the next person in line.  Just think how it would effect you if the shoes was on the other foot and someone else
took your spot.

P.S PLEASE be sure you are wanting a puppy before paying the balance due
Thank you for understanding!

PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING HOME A PUPPY:

A few things to think about if you are wanting a puppy. Here is some of the reasons listed below we all hear why they are re-homing their puppy:

1. I no longer have time for a puppy- well here is the thing, if you take the time from when they are a puppy and you teach them manners then there is not too many places you can not take the dog with you. You do not have to have 4 or 5 hours a day to walk the dog, or play fetch with them in order to make sure they have time with you, all you need to do is to let them be with you as a family member, after all that is all they want from you is your love and acceptance into the family.

2. I am getting married, or having a baby- once again this is a family member and they will open their hearts to that new baby or that new spouse and still share unconditional love, if that new spouse does not accept and love your dog then honestly you might want to rethink how much they really accept you as your are

3. We are moving and I can't take the dog with me- while I do know that a lot of places you rent are not open to dogs, there are also a whole lot of them that are it just takes some commitment and time on your part to find that place that will allow the dog. And once again if they are trained with manners when a pup they will not be destructive

4. I am going back to school so my time will be shorter- this excuse can also go along with I got a new job so no time. Here is the thing, if you have kids you have time for them even with a new job and/or going back to school so this goes back to changing your way of thinking that this dog is a family member and not disposable

5. I didn't realize that having a puppy would be so much work- well what did you think would happen? I mean yes they take patience and time and effort to teach them manners, house break them, get them through that teething stage all of that....but so are kids a lot of work but you put the effort into them, so just keep sight of the fact that once they get over those little things all puppies go through and once they learn what is acceptable and what isn't they are so worth the effort and time you invested in them because they will love you with pure hearts and be so loyal and the best friend you will ever have in your life.

6. I can’t afford the vet care ..just remember when you plan to open up your heart to a puppy things may pop up that you have no control over which may end up being a high medical expense. Just ask yourself this before bringing home a puppy “ Will I be able to financially provide for my puppy if something happens, or am I willing to do what it takes to insure my puppy gets the proper care.If People would change their mindsets and realize that these puppies become your family member and not disposable items when things do not go down the straight road of your life as it has been, then all I can say is that my puppies are not for you. I expect my puppy owners to love their dogs like they love their kids or spouse, after all in the end if you get divorced or your kids grow up and move that dog is still by your side and loving you as much as always.
Please keep in mind I want my pups to go to permanent homes...so please be sure the whole family is ready for a puppy before committing. Thanks for reading

 Reserve/Holding FEE

We require a Reserve FEE  of  $300 (Non-refundable) at the time that you select your puppy. Balance is due at 6 weeks of age (pups will be ready to go at 8 weeks of age). Payment in full insures the puppy is sold before 8 weeks of age, and helps cover vet, food expenses, puppy packages, microchips, and supplies. Payments are welcome at any time on your
puppy up to 6 weeks of age.

We accept a limit of 3 Reservation Fees  per litter.  When the litter is born the first 3 top picks is in the order that Reserve Fee has been received, (1st Fee gets 1st pick, 2nd fee, 2nd pick, etc.). Once the litter is born and once everyone’s has made their choice, the remaining puppies will be advertised and will start accepting Reserve Fees on a first come basis. We
will not hold a puppy based on your word that the Reserve Fee is on the way. Please understand though sometimes I will hold back a puppy for evaluation for myself to see if the puppy will be a good breeding prospect...so the puppy I choose will not be offered to the public unless I feel the
puppy is not what I am looking for in my breeding program.
Also I will not move Reserve Fees of others down the list once they are placed to accommodate someone who had a previous Reserve Fee and decide you don’t want the puppy you had chosen and now have decided you want one. For example: You change your mind about the color you are wanting, or changed your mind about the sex of the pup.  A Reserve FEE
holds your pick of your choice in the order the Reserve FEE has been received but once you have chosen a puppy or have decided to wait for the next available puppy you will lose your original pick of litter. You have to understand once you have made your choice I have accepted other Reserve FEES  and those FEES either get bumped up or stay the same. I do not push them back of the list because you have changed your mind. Not fair to them. Also once a Reserve FEE has been paid it does not bind me in any way having to sell a puppy to any person that I feel may not be a good fit as I have my pup's best interest. So I can change my mind at any given time if I feel it is not the right situation for one of my pups I will
refund the Reserve FEE.

All of our puppies are treated regularly for worms, however, puppies need to continue to receive treatments in order to prevent them from recurring. Once a puppy leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for this issue. It is the buyer's responsibility to continue treatment. Giardia & Coccidia is can be very common in puppies so will reoccur. Each puppy is given age appropriate vaccines before leaving our facility.
Should your puppy become ill or has a genetic health problem, after you receive it, and your veterinarian determines that the illness came from our facility, we will require that you pay for our veterinarian to examine the
puppy as a 2nd opinion before taking the puppy back.  We give  a 2 yr health guarantee that covers against genetics...which will guarantee you will get replacement puppy at no extra charge. NO refunds on guarantee.

Please take note: We will NOT pay any of your vet bills.

WARNING EXPOSING PUPPY:
We require that your puppy is not exposed to other animals, other people, or walked in parks, doggie parks, doggie daycare, stores or rest areas etc. until it has had all vaccines. Please protect them.

DIET INFO:
Changing your puppy's diet can cause your puppy to get an upset stomach and loose stool. This can lead to dehydration and illness for your puppy. Please make sure to mix the new food with your puppy's regular food and ease into the new food to prevent this from happening. Also please follow
up with your vet if stools are not getting any better to be sure puppy does not have giardia or coccidia as it can re-occur especially Coccidia as it can be brought on due to stress from being in a new home, being in new routine, new people, & no siblings.  Treatment will be needed if tested positive. Coccidia and Giardia is very common in large litters...and is contagious but can be controlled with Panacur & Albon, or Metronidozole. I do treat all  my pups the last two weeks prior to going home..however you will need to discuss with your vet on continuing follow up treatment
starting after 10 days
