                                                 Health Guarantee & Contract
   

     Seller/Breeder warrants that your puppy is a purebred Boston Terrier and Registered with the AKC Registry. Seller/Breeder gives 2 year health guarantee against genetics that life threatening or reduce the quality of life due to health. In order for this health guarantee to go into effect you need to bring your puppy to your vet within 5-7 business days to be checked or this voids out this health guarantee. Your puppy will have his/her's first set of vaccinations and de-worming given by the seller. Seller requests that you keep your new puppy away from other animals that you are not familiar with until your puppy has received his/her series of vaccinations.
   Seller/Breeder warrants that your puppy is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership.
Buyer is required to keep their puppy up to date on vaccinations, de-worming and regular health examinations (recorded by a Lic. Veterinarian) or warranty is null and void. Health guarantee will also be null and void. Seller/Breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses not specifically authorized.  All vet expenses are born unto the buyer once that puppy has gone to his/hers new home. No exceptions.
             If your licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a life threatening illness or reduces the quality of life due to genetics, a replacement puppy will be given (NO REFUNDS). We will require documentation from your veterinarian, and reserve the right to a second opinion from our licensed veterinarian. We are also not responsible for Organ failure or death caused by dog food ( on recall) or other products being consumed (Poison) or other products being used on the animal that may be harmful to them. We do NOT offer cash refunds or partial refunds. 
          If your puppy needs to be returned to us, all shipping or travel expenses will be at the buyer’s expense and puppy needs to be returned within 7 days with his/her's AKC papers from the time your puppy has been diagnosed by your vet or health guarantee will no longer be in effect. In the event a replacement puppy is offered, the buyer is responsible for shipping. If the buyer can no longer care for the puppy due to any reason or age whether it is one week from now or thirteen years. Seller will always take the puppy ( with AKC papers) back no questions asked. We love them and want the best for them.
   This puppy is being sold, as a pet only. In the best interest of this puppy, we required the buyer to have the puppy spayed or neutered at 12+ and no later than 15 months of age. Females need to wait till after first heat. The buyer needs to send us a copy from their veterinarian stating the puppy has been spayed or neutered with a date on it. If the buyer does not have their puppy spayed or neutered the seller reserves the right to have a court order demanding it per this contract.

  The seller reserves the right to void the warranty and contract if the puppy changes hands. From the original buyer stated on this warranty and contract. Seller also requires that the buyer to keep the seller updated with their change of address and phone number and so on. If at any time you find that you can no longer care for your puppy/dog we require the puppy/dog to be returned back to us. No questions will be asked. The seller is more qualified to find the puppy/dog a new loving home.                                                     

*I do not warrant against Parvo or other contagious diseases because I cannot control what the puppy is exposed to once it leaves my care. No puppy should leave your house or yard until the full series of puppy shots have been completed, to insure the best possible immunity against communicable diseases.  
           This guarantee is valid only for the buyer signed below. This guarantee covers ONLY inheritable LIFE THREATENING health defects for 2 years from the time they were born. DOES NOT cover patella/knee issues so please do not allow your puppy to jump off high places or spay or neuter too early causing growth or bones growth issues. Also this does not cover Pinched nares (Nostrils), so if your vet says your puppy has stenotic nares and the vet requires surgery I highly recommend you wait for your puppy's head to grow as it can correct it self as puppy matures. We try our very best to breed and sell only top quality pups, but once a pup leaves our care we have no control over changes in diet, care, environment, vaccination, medication, or abuse. Therefore, we cannot be responsible if the puppy develops a cold, diarrhea (coccidia, giardia, ect}, watery eyes (allergies), etc. . . It is up to the new owner to love and care for this puppy as we have. 

This Warranty is only good from this time forward till the said puppy turns 2 years of age...so on 01/10/2024 this contract will be voided.  

If said dog is used for breeding it also voids this guarantee as I don't allow breeding rights.. 

This contract is considered to be entered  into the state of  Vermont and the county of  Lamoille, any dispute will be resolved under the laws of the of state Vermont and the county of Lamoille. This is contract in its entirety and that there are no other provisions, either written or implied.
